About The Team

In order to meet our ambitious goals, we need to scale our engineering teams to accommodate our growing product lines and customers. The DevOps Engineering team is responsible for improving infrastructure testing, automating disposable environments, and increasing the speed and quality of code delivery!
What you will do in this role:
The DevOps Engineer’s primary role will be to continuously evolve our cloud infrastructure for scalability, observability, repeatability, security and reliability.
- Design, develop, build and deploy applications to streamline the deployment and operational reliability
- Develop scripts and automations to improve development and release processes
- Create and maintain effective and efficient CI and CD pipelines to deliver applications and images
- Compare, evaluate, and implement new features and technologies, and integrated them with the current environment
- Work with other technical professionals to develop standards and implement best practice
- Document system and application design, configuration and maintain and update documentation as needed
- Build, install, configure, troubleshoot multiple custom-built applications as well as development and staging environments
- Deploy code and secure environments for several applications
What you will bring to this role:
- University degree or college diploma in a Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 3+ years DevOps experience
- Excellent understanding of scripting languages like Bash, C or Python
- Solid understanding of automation principles
- Ability to balance automation and technical requirements with business imperatives
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud infrastructures and container technologies i.e. AWS/GCP/Azure
- Experience with Github, Gitlab and CI/CD tooling
- Experience with databases technologies (Postgresql, Clickhouse preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively on infrastructure as code projects
- Experience developing and deploying in Linux/Unix-based environments
- Excellent communication, English proficiency is a must (C2 level)
- Ability to work under pressure and to easily flow with changes to priorities and projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-performance organization
Bonus:
- Experience with Terraform Modules
- Experience with HAProxy or other SaaS products is a plus
The Position
This is a full-time, remote role for candidates located in Croatia and Bosnia.
