What you will do in this role:
Work in a friendly, and professional team as a senior web and graphic designer on developing in-house brands’ identities, web layouts, elegant/modern graphics and social media assets. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to manage our brand across multiple channels. Outside of the web design work, you will actively participate in the team’s success, promote and share your expertise with colleagues, and provide and receive mentorship.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to update and maintain our websites
- Create brand assets for our in-house products and solutions
- Support content creation team with graphics for technical assets and blog publishing
- Design compelling digital and print collaterals for sales and marketing
- Assist in video creation and creating video shorts from existing content
- Create engaging social media images
- Support our events and field marketing operations
- Work closely with our product team to deliver professional user interfaces for our external and internal requirements
- Support the sales team by assisting them in creating presentations
- Utilize AI to optimize the creation process
- Pay close attention to the quality of design and overall detail, and follow set brand guidelines
- Work with the advertising team to create high-converting visual assets
- Work on multiple projects and teams
- Document internal processes
What you will bring to this role:
- Relevant work experience
- Expertise in working with Adobe’s Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and Figma on Windows
- Fluency in English (C2) is required; proficiency in any additional language is an advantage
- HTML/CSS skills
- Familiarity with Google’s office suite (Workspace)
- Bachelor degree in design or a related field
- Strong design background and attention to detail
- Experience with web front ends
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and personal skills
- Friendly and professional attitude
- A clear vision of personal responsibility
- Self-starter able to work on their own without day-to-day oversight
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Familiarity with GitHub, SVN, and version control systems
- Flexibility in working hours when working on projects with our international teams
